With boundless energy and enthusiasm for cuisine, Chef Noi regularly appeared on “Iron Chef Thailand” as the show’s residence Chef in charge of European cuisine. He also enjoys appearing frequently at cooking demonstrations and shows, and designing menu concepts and recipes for leading hotels and their restaurants.

The ethos of Chef Noi’s cuisine is brought to you via his own brand, ‘SUAY’. The word Suay means beautiful in Thai and in this case the food has to be delivered in the following way before it makes the cut to the menu for guests to enjoy. Every experience gives the following attributes, whether it is the ambiance at the restaurant or the plate itself – ‘Sassy’, ‘Unique’, ‘Authentic’ and, of course, and perhaps more obviously…’Yummy’.

Thailand is well recognized for having distinctive flavors, textures, and specific cooking techniques. Thai food is considered one of the world’s 5 most popular cuisines, and although Thai food is individual, it has had significant influences from Chinese, Indian, Malaysian, Portuguese, and even Japanese cuisine.

Chef Noi is well versed in cooking food from different regions and also for all palates.

Having three restaurants on Phuket Island with a large fanbase of both western and Thai people, Chef Noi is one of the few chefs to have successfully flourished in a very transient and competitive environment. His belief is the sincerity of the ingredients and the experience of dining is paramount to this longevity and he is honored to be presenting SUAY cuisine to his guests around the globe.
